Attention: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to refuse/reject or suspend any Customer who is suspected of manipulating, tampering with, hacking, or otherwise compromising its normal betting operations (including any Internet Betting Services). Any bets deemed “abnormal” may be declared VOID without prior notice. The use of artificial intelligence or “bots” on the Internet Betting Service is explicitly prohibited. We will implement procedures to detect and prevent the use of any software designed to automate or simulate human interaction with the Website. Any attempted or actual use of such artificial intelligence will result in the termination of the offending Customer’s account or the voiding of related bets, at our discretion. The Company disclaims any liability for related claims.
Some Events or Markets come with distinct rules, outlined under “Specific Event/Market Betting Rules” in this document or on the Website. Unless otherwise specified, the following general rules of betting apply to all Events, Markets, and bet types, and compliance is mandatory. Where relevant, the Terms and Conditions on our Website also apply.
General Betting Rules
1.1. Application of General Betting Rules
- Members are strongly encouraged to review these general rules of betting, which typically apply to all Events, Markets, and Products unless otherwise specified by a particular set of rules.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any aspect of these rules, and such changes become binding once posted on the Website.
1.1.1.
The Company endeavors to provide informative betting data and to operate its Markets with fairness and transparency. However, it does not guarantee the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of information such as scheduling, venues, odds, results, scores, match status, or other betting details. It is the Member’s responsibility to confirm such details before placing a bet. We are not liable for any error or omission in the data provided.
1.1.2.
In case of discrepancies between English names for Events or teams and non-English equivalents, the English version will prevail.
1.1.3.
Select information—such as live scores, elapsed time, and other data—may be sourced from third-party providers and could be inaccurate due to delays or other factors. Members acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee accuracy or timeliness of such data. By placing a bet, the Member assumes all risks associated with reliance on that data.
1.1.4.
Once a bet is placed by a Member and confirmed by the Company, it cannot be canceled, withdrawn, or modified by the Member.
1.1.5.
Without prior notice and at its sole discretion, the Company may cancel bets, void any placed bets, or suspend a Member’s account under the following conditions (among others):
- The Member’s bet violates these rules.
- The bet exceeds the maximum permitted stake.
- The bet contains errors or incomplete information.
- The bet was placed when data or odds were incorrect due to human or transmission errors.
- There is a suspiciously high volume of losses or winnings.
- There is abnormal or irregular usage of the betting platform.
- The Company reasonably believes a bet is tied to illicit betting activity.
1.1.6.
The Company has absolute discretion to set or adjust maximum payout amounts for its games or products, effective immediately and without prior notice.
1.1.7.
Any live bet placed remains valid even if streaming is interrupted for any reason, as long as the Event completes and an official result is determined. If a different disconnection rule applies specifically to a game or product, that specific rule supersedes.
1.1.8.
In the event of errors or system compromises, the Company may suspend or shut down particular games or products to maintain integrity. If a Member suspects a system malfunction, they should cease playing and contact customer support. Continuing to play indicates acceptance of any associated risks.
1.1.9.
If the Company, in its reasonable judgment, suspects a race, match, or Event is fixed or manipulated, it may postpone settlement or withhold payment. Such suspicion may be based on analyses of bet patterns or volumes. Any dispute over how these rules should be interpreted shall yield to the Company’s interpretation.
1.1.10.
Without prior notice or explanation, the Company reserves the right to:
- Restrict a Member from entering games.
- Reject a Member’s request to participate.
- Expel a Member from any game.
1.2. Software and Games
1.2.1.
The Company does not guarantee the quality or safety of its Software or servers, and does not warrant they are free of errors, defects, or viruses. The Company accepts no liability arising from use of the Software, including communication or system errors. The Company has the right to remove any games from the Software for debugging, error correction, or other reasons.
1.2.2.
The Company grants the Member a personal, non-transferable right to use the Software solely for placing bets and playing games; ownership and intellectual property rights in the Software are not transferred. The Member takes full responsibility and assumes all risk for bets placed via the Software. The Company disclaims liability for any loss or damage therein.
1.2.3.
While using the Software, the Member is strictly prohibited from:
- Copying or replicating the Software.
- Sub-licensing, transferring, or leasing Software usage rights.
- Installing the Software on another device or permitting access to any third party.
- Removing, obscuring, or altering proprietary notices (copyright, trademark, etc.).
- Sharing confidential information displayed by the Software about the Company or the software provider.
- Disassembling, decompiling, decoding, reverse-engineering, modifying, or deriving works from the Software (or its components), or attempting to discover its source code.
- Trying to bypass or access the Website’s or Company’s security systems, or interfering with the Software, games, or Website in any way.
1.3. Change in Scheduled Time
1.3.1.
If a match or Event starts earlier than scheduled (excluding live betting), only bets placed before the actual start will be valid. If the Market isn’t closed or suspended at the correct time, the Company may void any bets placed after the official start.
1.3.2.
If a match or Event is postponed to another date from what was originally scheduled and is not concluded by the initially planned date, all bets are void except for those Markets that have been definitively determined.
1.3.3.
If a match or Event begins but is subsequently abandoned and not finished by the initially scheduled completion date, all bets are void unless already determined unconditionally.
1.3.4.
If a match or Event is not finished by the scheduled time but the relevant governing body officially declares a result, the Company reserves the right to regard the match as valid or invalid. Such decisions by the Company are final.
1.4. Change of Venue
1.4.1.
If a match planned at the home team’s stadium is switched to the away team’s stadium, all bets will be void. Similarly, if the home and away team names are reversed incorrectly, those bets will be void. If a match set to be played at a neutral venue is played on a non-neutral venue (or vice versa), bets still stand unless otherwise noted.
1.4.2.
For non-team Events, if the venue changes after a Market opens, bets remain valid.
1.5. Duration of Time
1.5.1.
A match or Event’s scheduled duration change does not affect the validity of bets.
1.5.2.
Any occurrences within added injury or stoppage time are considered to have happened at the end of regular time. For example, a goal in soccer’s first-half stoppage time is considered as occurring in the 45th minute.
1.6. Results
1.6.1.
For settling Markets, results are typically determined by the podium positions, regardless of later disqualification or amendments. If no podium ceremony is held, the official result from the governing body at the time of Market settlement applies. If no official result is available, the Company will decide based on the best evidence at the time.
1.6.2.
Markets are usually settled soon after an Event concludes. If a Market is settled in error, the Company may reverse the settlement.
1.6.3.
If an Event’s result is unclear, the Company reserves the right to delay settlement until the result is definitively established.
1.6.4.
The Company will not void or refund bets that have been settled if 72 hours have passed since the Event start time, or for any changes to results or details post-settlement, except for completely non-existent matches.
1.6.5.
If there is a conflict between the official result and the result posted on the Company’s Website, the Company may review its own video recordings (if available) to ascertain the correct result. If no video recording is available, the official result published by the relevant governing body’s website will be used. Should the official website not publish the result or if it’s obviously incorrect, the Company reserves the right to make its own reasonable decision, which is final.
1.6.6.
For wagers on who is declared “winner,” the winner is the participant who is first at the end of the Event, irrespective of any subsequent appeals or reversals.
1.7. Countdown Timer Acceptance
1.7.1.
Certain Events offer a Countdown Timer Acceptance feature. Members placing bets under this feature will see a timer upon confirming their bet; if no interruption occurs before the timer expires, the bet will be accepted. If there is an interruption before the timer ends, bets are void.
1.7.2.
Interruptions include, but are not limited to:
- Possible red card or actual red card awarded.
- Possible penalty or actual penalty.
- Goal possibility or an actual goal.
- Technical failures preventing correct bet placement or acceptance.
1.7.3.
Members acknowledge that data like current score and elapsed time, while provided by a third-party live feed, may be delayed or inaccurate, and bets placed based on this data are at the Member’s own risk. The Company disclaims responsibility for any direct or indirect losses arising from reliance on such data.
1.8. Mix Parlay Maximum Payout
1.8.1.
For Mix Parlay bets, the maximum payout is MYR 150,000. If a Mix Parlay combines multiple sports with different maximum payout limits, the lowest limit applies.
1.8.2.
This maximum limit also applies to any group or syndicate of Members acting collectively to wager the same picks, even over multiple days with different accounts.
1.8.3.
If the Company deems multiple bets placed in such a manner, it may treat them as one bet for the purpose of the single maximum payout. The consolidated payout will be credited to whichever account placed the first bet in that series.
1.8.4.
For bets in currencies other than MYR, the payout will be converted using the system’s default rates on the settlement date.
Market (Bet Type) Rules – General
2.1. General
2.1.1. Outright
-
Outright refers to betting on the winner of a race, tournament, or Event.
-
Outright place refers to selecting competitors filling the designated top places. The number of place positions is indicated in the Market.
-
If a competitor/player does not start, all Outright bets on that participant will be void unless specified otherwise.
-
If a “Dead Heat” occurs (two or more winners), the payout odds (minus the stake) are divided by the number of winners, with the stake returned.
Example for a tie in Top Goalscorer
- If Dimitar Berbatov at odds of 1.40 ties with Carlos Tevez at odds of 3.50, and you wagered 100 on each:
- Berbatov’s payout if top scorer is shared by two players:
Stake ÷ 2 × (Odds – 1) = 100/2 × (1.40 – 1) = 20
. - Tevez’s payout:
Stake ÷ 2 × (Odds – 1) = 100/2 × (3.50 – 1) = 125
.
- Berbatov’s payout if top scorer is shared by two players:
- If Dimitar Berbatov at odds of 1.40 ties with Carlos Tevez at odds of 3.50, and you wagered 100 on each:
-
“Any Other Player” or “Any Other Team” includes all unnamed competitors.
2.1.2. Moneyline
- Moneyline bets on a team or competitor to beat another or place higher in a head-to-head.
- “The Field” is everyone except the named competitor.
2.1.3. Handicap (HDP) & 1st Half Handicap
- Handicap means one competitor/team gets a virtual lead. The winner is determined after adding/subtracting that handicap to the final result.
- 1st Half Handicap applies similarly but only for first-half outcomes.
2.1.4. Over/Under (OU) & 1st Half Over/Under
- Over/Under is determined by whether the total points/goals/games surpass (Over) or fall below (Under) a given line.
- 1st Half Over/Under focuses on the points scored in the first half.
2.1.5. Odd/Even (OE) & 1st Half Odd/Even
- Odd/Even depends on whether the total points/goals are odd or even.
- 1st Half Odd/Even only covers the first half.
- If an Event is abandoned prior to completing the first half, bets on 1st Half Odd/Even are void.
2.1.6. Single Team Odd/Even
- Bet on whether a specific team’s full-time score will be odd or even.
- Extra time does not count.
2.1.7. Match Half-time/Full-time Odd/Even
Bet on whether the half-time result is odd/even and the full-time result is odd/even in combination. There are four outcomes: Odd/Odd, Odd/Even, Even/Odd, Even/Even.
2.1.8. Mix Parlays
- A Mix Parlay combines two or more selections into a single bet. It wins only if all selections win. If one selection is postponed, that leg reverts to odds of 1.00.
- Additional multi-system bets (Trixie, Yankee, Canadian, etc.) have their own combinations of doubles, trebles, etc. If a selection is postponed, it reverts to 1.00 odds.
- Live Events generally are not included in Trixie, Yankee, Canadian, Heinz, Super Heinz, and Goliath.
2.1.9. (and onward)
Various soccer-specific bet types, such as 1X2, Correct Score, Total Goal, Half-time/Full-time, First/Last Goal, Kick-off bets, Home vs. Away Team Totals, Single Team Over/Under, Corners, Cards, Offsides, Substitutions, Clean Sheets, Penalties, Shoot-outs, Fantasy League, and specialized interval bets (e.g., Specific 15-Minute or 10-Minute Over/Under and Handicap).
The same principles apply: bets may be void if matches are abandoned, and settlement depends on official results and stats, excluding extra time unless stated otherwise.
- Important: Where a match is abandoned or postponed, many bet types become void unless already decided.
(For brevity, the details under Section 2.2 – 2.2.84.5 and subsequent sub-sections remain the same in principle: they define how each soccer-related or other sports-related market is settled. The fundamental rules address when bets are void, how partial results are settled if the match is abandoned, and whether extra time or penalty shoot-outs count toward the bet outcome. Please refer back to the original numeric subsections for the exact mechanics.)
